The AAC Flex Space
The Flex Space is a 30 ft x 25 ft multipurpose room located towards the back of the Arts Alliance Center in the College Mall. It is a space for organizations & individuals to perform, rehearse, hold classes, host events, and so much more!

Rent the Flex Space
Thank you for your interest in using the Flex Space! In order to begin the application process, please review the contract thoroughly so that you can ensure that you have the flexibility you need to share your artistry without worry.
As an artist, it's important to have a space where you can perform, showcase, and teach. However, finding affordable studio space can be a challenge, especially when you're not familiar with the resources in town. Luckily, the Arts Alliance Center is flexible in our approach to renting, offering short-term leases (one month for exhibition, by hour for events) and lower rates for artists (reduced rate when renting long hours).
The Flex Space is available during open hours at College Mall open times. Contact us if you need it out of mall hours.
The rental fees are $ 20/hr for AAGB members $ 40/hr for non-members.
