Display your art at the Arts Alliance Center

Benefits of Displaying Your Artwork in the AAC Gallery

Thank you for your interest in becoming an artist on display! The Arts Alliance Center Gallery is proud to display the work of local artists. The gallery features a variety of artwork, ranging from paintings and sculpture to photography and mixed media. The gallery offers a unique opportunity for artists to showcase their work to the community, and allows the community to appreciate and purchase work from artists. In addition, the gallery provides a space for artists to interact with each other and exchange ideas.

Application Process

The Arts Alliance Center Gallery is always looking for new artists to display their work. If you're interested in becoming an artist at the gallery, there is the process:

  1. Become a member of the Arts Alliance of Greater Bloomington (AAGB).

  2. Jury of work. Your work must be juried in by a panel of AAGB members. The jury process usually occurs once a week, and it is based on the type of work you presented for jurying. Applicants need to bring three to five pieces in to be juried (the pieces must be physically present). Asking for the digital images is simply to give us a preview to see if your work fits in the gallery.

  3. If your work is juried in, it will be displayed at the gallery for a specific period of time.
